Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Click and collect: R50 or free for orders over R500
- Door2door: R80 or free for orders over R800

How to track the location of your package from TCG:
You can track your package’s status by logging into TCG’s client portal and selecting the track my The Courier Guy package option. Enter your waybill number into the tracking box and select the track button.
Alternatively, you can sign into your account and find all your active orders and their status updates. Simply use the order you wish to track and select the option from the drop-down menu.
What time does TCG deliver?
TCG’s hours of operation are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Your package will arrive before the end of business on those days. Branch hours may vary by location and on weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Up to 3 business days from the date that Pargo collects the parcel from the supplier.
- Up to 5 business days for more remote regional areas.
- If the parcel is still not delivered after 5 business days, contact Pargo Customer Support at support@pargo.co.za or call 021 447 3636.
Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Pargo provides excellent notifications throughout your parcel’s journey by SMS and email. You’ll receive an initial confirmation email when your parcel has been collected by their drivers and continuous updates throughout its journey to the destination.
Your confirmation email will contain your tracking number.
Track your parcel at https://pargo.co.za/track-trace.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Not happy with your purchase? Return or exchange your online order to a Pargo Point near you. Select from over 500+ Pargo Points to drop your return parcel off.
Refunds and exchanges are processed through Pargo Returns. Log your return at https://returns.pargo.co.za/crick_group and follow the 3 simple steps below:
- Enter your physical address and select your preferred Pargo Point from the list to drop off your return.
- Complete your details including your order number and reason for return.
- After submitting, Sebago will confirm and you will receive an OTP via SMS and email from Pargo with further instructions.
Returns Terms and Conditions
- Returns/Exchanges can only be processed through Pargo Returns. No home collections are available.
- For exchanges, a voucher code will be generated and sent once the goods have been collected and received at the Sebago warehouse. The voucher code can then be used to start a new transaction, to purchase the item you would prefer.
- Refunds will be processed once the goods have been collected and received, within 5-10 working days from receipt at the Sebago warehouse, depending on your bank.

- If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Should this be the case, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
