Delivery Charges
R75 or free for orders over R650. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Method: Door2Door
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- 3 – 5 business days from the first business day after the order has been placed.
- Delivery occurs on Mondays to Fridays between 08:00 and 17:00. Courier branch hours may vary by location and on weekends or holidays.
- Extended delivery lead time may apply during peak periods such as Seasonal Sale, Black Friday and Festive periods.
- How to track the status of your order:
- To track the status of your order, log into your account and click on “My orders”.
- Only once your parcel has been collected by our chosen courier service provider, will you be able to track the location of your parcel.
- With handover to the courier, you will receive an email with a unique tracking link.
- Alternatively, you can enter your waybill number here.
Not happy with your purchase? Log a return for a refund or exchange as follows:
Option 1 – Home collection – only applicable if your order was Door2Door delivery:
Log into your account and follow the simple steps below:
- Login using your email address and the OTP sent to your email address.
- View your orders.
- Select an order to view more details.
- Click on the “request return” button to start logging the return.
- Follow the rest of the guided return process.
Option 2 – Drop off – applicable to Door2Door and Click & Collect orders:
Return or exchange your online order to a Pargo Point near you. Select from over 500+ Pargo Points to drop your return parcel off.
Log your return at https://returns.pargo.co.za/crick_group. And follow the 3 simple steps below:
- Enter your physical address and select your preferred Pargo Point from the list to drop off your return.
- Complete your details including your: order number and reason for return.
- After submitting, Sebago will confirm and you will receive an OTP via sms and email from Pargo with further instructions.

- For exchanges, a voucher code will be generated and sent once the goods have been collected and received at the Sebago warehouse. The voucher code can then be used to start a new transaction, to purchase the item you would prefer. Simply enter the code into the “discount code” field at checkout.
- Refunds will be processed once the goods have been collected and received, within 5-10 working days from receipt at the Sebago warehouse, depending on your bank.
Please note:
- If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Should this be the case, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
